When you submit the quote form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, service address and job description you type into it. That is the whole list, and every field is one you filled in yourself.
Like most websites, our hosting also records standard server log information — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand which pages people find useful, and a call tracking service that assigns display phone numbers so we can tell which advertising actually produces calls.
We use your details to quote and carry out the job you asked about, and to contact you about that job. That is it.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to lead aggregators. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Only the people who need to in order to do the work: our technicians, and where a job requires it, the City of Portland Bureau of Development Services for the permit and Energy Trust of Oregon for a rebate filing. Both of those only ever receive what that specific filing requires.
Our website host, analytics providers and call tracking provider process data on our behalf as part of running the site.

Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for two years. Records of completed work are kept for seven years, because warranty claims, permit records and tax obligations all require it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (971) 386-1515 and say so. We will not make you put it in writing or quote a reference number at you.
Where a record relates to permitted work or a warranty still in force, we may need to keep it — we will tell you if that applies and why.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
