PDX Water Heater Pros was founded in 2009 by a licensed Oregon plumber who saw a gap in the market: Portland homeowners were getting shuffled through general plumbing companies that treated water heater calls as an afterthought. He built this company around one idea — do one thing, and do it better than anyone else.

Fifteen years later, we're still independently owned, still pulling every permit, still answering the phone at midnight. We're not a franchise. We're not a call center. We're the neighbors you call when you wake up to cold water and need someone you can actually trust.

Every technician we hire is Oregon CCB licensed, background-checked, and trained specifically on water heater systems — not general plumbing, not HVAC. This is all we do, and it shows in every job we complete.
