We give you a written flat-rate quote before we touch your water heater. The quote is the final bill — always.
Our quote is the full price. We don't itemize to add things after approval. Here's what every installation and replacement quote includes — by default, with no add-on fees.
Oregon law requires a plumbing permit for every water heater replacement and installation. We pull it, we handle the city inspection, and we include it in your flat-rate price.
We disconnect, drain, and haul away your old water heater. No separate disposal fee, no leaving it in your driveway. It's gone when we leave.
T&P relief valve, seismic strapping, expansion tank (if required by code), fittings, and all connection hardware. Oregon code requirements — included automatically.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. If something we installed or repaired fails within a year due to our work, we fix it at no charge. Plus manufacturer warranty on the unit itself.
For tankless and heat pump installations, we submit Oregon Energy Trust rebate applications on your behalf. We're a registered contractor — no extra charge for the paperwork.
If repair makes more sense than replacement, we'll tell you — even if replacement costs more. We'd rather give you an accurate recommendation than sell you an unnecessary job.
Prices include unit, labor, permit, and old unit disposal. Your exact quote depends on your unit type and situation. See full pricing detail →
We receive your request and call you back within 2 hours during business hours — Mon–Sat 7am–7pm, Sun 8am–5pm. For same-day needs, calling us directly at (971) 293-4200 is always faster than the form. Emergency requests (active leak, no hot water) should always go straight to the phone line.
When we call back, we'll ask a few quick questions to confirm what you need — fuel type (gas or electric), unit age if known, and the nature of the problem or project. For most jobs, we can give a ballpark range over the phone and confirm the exact price on-site after a visual assessment. There's no charge for the assessment.
For installation or replacement quotes, we schedule a same-day or next-day site visit. The written flat-rate quote is provided before any work begins. You approve the price, we pull the permit, complete the installation, and you have hot water — typically all on the same day for standard replacements.
